Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with embedded systems and cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including black-box, white-box, and gray-box testing.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework.
• Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python or Bash.
• Experience with defect tracking systems, such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with in-flight connectivity (IFC) systems or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with satellite communication protocols and standards.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity testing methodologies and tools.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification in software testing.

Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for the IFC operational software, covering functional, performance, security, and user acceptance testing.
• Desing and implement automated test scripts using appropriate test automation frameworks and tools.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking systems, collaborating with software developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues early in the development process.
