Responsibilities: 

·       External communication:  Deliver speeches and presentations as a Huawei spokesperson, and effectively communicate with local regulators, industry and standards organizations, and customer organizations.

·       Connection and execution: Support the establishment of mutually beneficial relationships between organizations through human relations of mutual trust; balance benefits for multiple parties and realize common goals.

·       Cyber Security Requirement management and planning: Gain deep insights into and understand local security and privacy laws and regulations, as well as security and privacy requirements of local regulators.

·       Learning: Be capable of self-driven learning, identifying own professional and business capability gaps, and quickly bridging them through self-learning, training & practice, etc.

·       Business understanding: Have a holistic view; grasp business rules, fully understand ICT or consumer business requirements, and identify and manage security and privacy risks in business.

 Qualifications/Requirements: 

·       Have at least 8 years of cyber security-related or network work experience.

·       Successful security and privacy experience and industrial influence in large enterprises or regulators of the local ICT industry

·       Extensive experience in external communication (including communication with the government, media, industry, and customers)

·       Industrial experience, interpersonal connection, and industry influence in the local security and privacy field is preferred

·       Successful experience in department management, cross-cultural team management is preferred

·       Acquisition of external certifications such as CISSP or IAPP is preferred.

·       Fluent in English language.
