Position Overview:

As a Web Developer specializing in both front end and back end technologies, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital presence, particularly through our landing pages. Your primary objective will be to create visually compelling landing pages that effectively convert visitors into leads and clients. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll implement strategies to enhance user experience and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will showcase their expertise through a robust portfolio of work, demonstrating technical proficiency, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality landing pages optimized for search ads and lead generation campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align landing page design with campaign objectives and audience demographics.

Implement best practices in web development, including responsive design, page speed optimization, and user experience enhancement.

Utilize front end and back end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.) to create dynamic and interactive landing pages.

Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to continuously optimize landing page performance and conversion rates.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions for enhancing our digital presence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

Proven experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web development and digital marketing.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and lead generation strategies.

Proficiency in front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.

Experience with back end development using languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.

Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Creative thinking and a passion for designing engaging user experiences.

Proficiency in English is a plus.
