As Arçelik-LG Klima San. ve Tic. A.Ş family, we are looking for a Senior Plastic Process Engineer who will work in Production Department.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in molding and/or plastic injection production company,
• Knowledge of quality systems,
• Knowledge of planning, production and purchasing processes,
•  Good command of English,
•  Result-oriented, strong communication and team player,

What do we expect from you?

• Monitoring production results, managing the measurement, reporting, control and monitoring systems required for capacity/efficiency determination,
• Carry out and project studies that will increase productivity and profitability,
• Monitor departmental capacity and productivity indicators and make improvements on the ground,
• To work actively in budget and investment studies,
• Conduct process time studies, efficiency studies and improvements,
• Closely follow and carry out Occupational Safety improvement activities,
• Report and analyze process, part quality, mold operation problems in the commissioning of plastic injection molds,
• Coordinate incidental, planned and preventive maintenance works
