We're searching for a "Accounting Specialist" under Finance Department Organization with the following requirements;

• Bachelor degree in related departments such as Bussiness Administration, Economics, Statistics, etc.
• At least 3 years experience in similar position in a global industial company,
• Knowledge in ERP Systems, Ms Office and Software Systems is a must,
• Good command of English,
• Detail oriented, willing to learn,
• Good communication and problem solving skills, 
• Analytical thinking and result focused approach,
• Able to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Managing and controlling of accounts payable as vendor invoices to record in ERP system,
• Matching invoices with payments and clearing,
• Helping with cash flow forecast,
  
• Supporting month - end closure period as handling accruals, intercompany reconciliations,
  
• Preparing month - end reports to catch global reporting deadlines,
  
• Providing financial support and analysis to all aspects of the Finance department
  
• Managing day to day financial operations as AP-AR-Costing-General Ledger activities
  
• Controlling capex and acquisition of assets. Determining depreciation rules based on US GAAP and UFRS,
  
• Ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and company rules, implementing internal controls, identifying, and mitigating financial risks
  
• Directly reporting to Plant Controller.
